Charlie Kirk ‘loved’ Oregon Ducks and ‘built his events around their game times,’ friend says

Charlie Kirk, the c onservative activist who was shot and killed Wednesday at a Utah college event, was an avid Oregon Ducks fan.

Kirk, 31, attended Oregon games at Autzen Stadium and on the road, including last year’s game in Eugene against Ohio State. He made an appearance at Oregon State University last year the day before the Ducks defeated the Buckeyes.

“I didn’t talk much about politics with @charliekirk11, we talked about college football,” Outkick founder Clay Travis posted on X Wednesday night. “He was a monster Oregon Ducks fan, loved them, built his events around their game times. I hope you let the team know @CoachDanLanning and I hope you guys do something to honor him.”
