WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A networking event at the Irish Cultural Center in West Springfield brought together delegates from County Kerry, Ireland, and local leaders to foster international relationships.

Holyoke mayor visits Puerto Rico, strengthens sister-city ties

The event, held at the center's new community performance space, aimed to build connections between local mayors, city councilors, economic development leaders, and the visiting Irish delegation.

"The sister city twinning with Dingle, the Peninsula, and West Springfield has grown regionally to include tourism, merchants at the Big E, and economic development," said Ed Sullivan, President of the West Springfield Sister City Organization.
