YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- One person was taken to the hospital after a crash on Youngstown's South Side early Thursday morning.

Police said that it happened just before 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of South Avenue and East Florida Avenue.

Police said that a car turned in front of a motorcyclist at the intersection, causing the driver to lose control of the bike and flip.

The person driving the motorcycle was taken to the hospital and is said to be in critical condition, according to officers.
