A student shot two of his peers Wednesday at a suburban Denver high school before shooting himself and later dying, authorities said.
The three teens were taken to St. Anthony Hospital and originally listed in critical condition, CEO Kevin Cullinan said. Their names and ages were not released.

The Jefferson County Sheriff confirmed Wednesday night in a post on X that the male responsible for the shootings "has died from his self-inflicted injuries."
St. Anthony Hospital spokesperson Lindsey Radford confirmed to NBC News Wednesday evening that another patient was in critical condition. The third patient was transferred to another facility.
