Daniel Trant, along with Brian Murphy, were at work at the securities firm Cantor Fitzgerald on the 104th floor of the north tower on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001, when American Airlines Flight 11, with Tara Shea Creamer among its passengers, was the first jetliner crashed by hijackers into the Trade Center.
