DENVER (KDVR) - Denver continues to have scattered showers and storms as the workweek finishes off heading into the weekend.

Rain lingers over the high country for the rest of the day with some showers and storms pushing over the foothills to the Interstate 25 corridor.
There is a flood watch for the western half of the state as they can see flooding through Friday night. If flooding occurs, a warning will be issued by the National Weather Service.
There will be extra clouds across the state, but the plains could see some sunshine. Highs Thursday are still warm in the upper 80s.
