DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — A cooler morning and a pleasant afternoon await us this Thursday, but somewhat warmer and muggier days are poised to make a comeback.

Thursday got off to an unseasonably cool start, with lows in the upper 50s and lower 60s. This is about ten degrees cooler than average.

Humidity and dew points are also low, keeping the air dry and outdoor conditions comfortable.

Skies will remain clear to mostly clear as highs make a run for the 90-degree mark. This is about average for this time of year.

There will be a very gradual warming trend through the weekend, with highs reaching the low 90s areawide and lows returning to the mid 60s.

As more moisture advects in from the southeast next week, dew points will return to the 60s by Wednesday, making the air feel slightly stic
