GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The property price for the Moselle Estate, better known as the former home of the Murdaugh family, has dropped.

The home, located on Moselle Road in Islandton, was originally listed for $2,750,000 but dropped to $2,200,000.

The four bedroom home that includes over 48 acres of property sold in Feb. 2024 before it was listed for sale again.

Maggie and Paul Murdaugh were shot and killed on the property in June 2021. Alex Murdaugh was later found guilty of their murders.
