WASHINGTON — The Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens invites the community to an evening of celebration, music and friends at its annual FUNraiser on Saturday, September 13 at 5 p.m. in Washington Depot.

This year’s event will feature a concert on the grounds of the Bryan Memorial Town Hall with live rhythm and blues music by Personal Touch, followed by a post-concert reception with refreshments and hors d’oeuvres at the park.

Admission to the reception is included in select ticket levels.

Tickets can be purchased on the park’s website at judyblackpark.org/funraiser and are available in four tiers from $10 to $250.

Personal Touch is an old-school style rhythm and blues band formed in 2016. They perform both original songs and well known covers, bringing the timeless sounds of Motown
