A ridge of high pressure is building into the Central U.S. allowing highs in the 90s to make a comeback for places like Kansas City, St. Louis, Des Moines, Omaha, Memphis and Nashville by Thursday and Friday. The 90s spread north and east into the Midwest, Great Lakes and Ohio Valley this weekend.
