Ohio police say a man is dead after he was found in a fenced lot.
The New Philadelphia Police Department said they found a man dead in a fenced lot at 1128 Maple Avenue on September 7.
Police say that due to decomposition, identification could not be made at the time the body was found.
The body was taken to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office for autopsy.
Police say the cause and manner of the death are pending; however, no foul play is suspected.
According to police, detectives used cell phone data, tattoo comparison, and multiple interviews to determine the identity of the man. Police say they were able to identify him by dental records.
