Former Serie A bad boy Radja Nainggolan has been left baffled by comparisons with Scott McTominay and insists that the Napoli star 'isn't that good'. ‌

McTominay was crowned at the league's player of the year last season after scoring 13 goals to help fire Gli Azzuri to the Scudetto for only the fourth time in their history. ‌
