BOONE COUNTY, Ky. (WXIX) - The man accused of exchanging gunfire in a SWAT standoff in mid-June received a $100 million cash bond in Boone County Court Thursday morning.
Bader Jibrini, who was behind bars in the Hamilton County Justice Center, was indicted and extradited to the Boone County Jail Wednesday, and is facing additional charges.
After Jibrini was released from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center , he was taken to the jail in Hamilton County where he originally was facing seven counts of attempted murder of a peace officer and three counts of attempted murder.
Following his extradition back to Boone County, jail records show he is facing those same charges, plus one count each of harassment, assault and criminal mischief.
