GEORGETOWN, Texas — A Georgetown man was sentenced Tuesday after he was found guilty of five counts of possession of child pornography, the Williamson County District Attorney's Office announced.
Daniel Bracamontez, 54, was sentenced to 60 years for each of the five counts, resulting in a total of 300 years. Williamson County Honorable Judge Donna King ordered the sentences to run consecutively.
Authorities said the case initially originated from a cyber tip received by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Google, Inc. alerted law enforcement after explicit images and videos were uploaded from an IP address registered to an address in Georgetown.
