MINNEAPOLIS — Construction will sidetrack passengers who frequently use the METRO Blue Line or Green Line between Sept. 22 and Oct. 4.

Replacement buses will take passengers along their usual route with Metro Transit staff at each stop to help riders navigate the changes.

The Metro Green Line will also not be functioning between the U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field stations between those dates. Replacement buses will also be available for passengers. Metro Transit officials said the bus trips will take longer than light rail trips. Unlike prior closures, customers will be required to pay the $2 fare to ride the replacement buses.
