Jamie Laing has revealed how a lifelong health condition makes you "want to really put your head in front of a train". The former Made in Chelsea star made the candid confession during a recent interview where he described his health struggle as "debilitating" and explained how he has to "just live with it" .

Jamie battles tinnitus, a condition the NHS describes as hearing sounds that don't come from an external source. Affecting 7.6 million people across the UK, tinnitus can manifest as persistent ringing, buzzing or whooshing sounds.

The causes aren't always clear, but it's thought to be connected to conditions including Ménière's disease, multiple sclerosis, thyroid problems, the mental health issues anxiety and depression, and hearing loss, plus certain medications.
