A woman earns $22,000 a month renting out her backyard pool for parties and production shoots.

Rajaa Chraibi, 35, started renting her pool out in 2020 because of the nice weather, film business, and tourism in Los Angeles.

In her first month, she earned $5,000 and realized it would be a worthwhile side hustle.

From there, the real estate agent bought four more properties in Los Angeles all with pools , which she rents out for private parties, business events, and even production companies – using money she has earned from the side hustle.

On average, Rajaa earns $22,000 a month, including around $5,000 to $6,000 from her personal pool at home.

In her best month, Rajaa said she earned $70,000 and has used all the money to build up her property portfolio.
