CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 7 has announced a series of lane closures for the week of September 14-20, impacting major roadways throughout Citrus County. Motorists are advised to plan for potential delays and use caution while traveling through construction zones.

Starting Sunday, September 14, and continuing through the week, multiple projects will be underway. On US 19, from S. Jump Court to W. Fort Island Trail, drivers can expect periodic night lane closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday nights. Additionally, day lane closures will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
