CONNECTICUT, USA — A Connecticut mother and son who were stuck in the West Bank have returned to the United States, according to the woman's husband.
Mahar Abdelghani of Meriden told FOX61 Thursday that his wife Intifada and her son Musa had returned to Boston's Logan Airport Thursday afternoon. The mother and son went to the West Bank to visit relatives in June. They were scheduled to fly out of Ben Gurion Airport on Aug. 14, but Israeli authorities denied them.
Abdelghani said while his wife and son were denied release, they were treated terribly.
