Online property auction previews of the Exit Zero Filling Station, a prominent West Cape May restaurant, start today with the opening bids starting at $2 million.
The former gas station turned unique restaurant property at 110 Sunset Boulevard sits at a busy intersection just three blocks from the beach and in proximity to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal.
The first of two previews runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today and again on Sept. 18 at the same times. Bidding starts on Sept. 26.
Exit Zero Filling Station is set to close permanently on Sept. 20 . The restaurant became known for its unusual dishes and dining options, including a converted 1949 Chevy truck, with seating for eight.
The restaurant was featured as one of the 11 best in the Cape May area in NJ.com’s 2025 ranking.
