The Dallas Cowboys return to Arlington this Sunday, looking to bounce back from a narrow Week 1 loss and extend their dominance over the New York Giants in their 2025 season home opener.

New head coach Brian Schottenheimer and a retooled roster give fans reason for cautious optimism as the Cowboys work to shake off early setbacks. Despite dropping the opener 24–20 to the Super Bowl champions, Dallas showed flashes of promise.

Quarterback Dak Prescott led a pair of scoring drives and connected well with CeeDee Lamb, who finished with 110 receiving yards. But execution slipped at critical moments as Lamb let multiple passes slip through his hands, and the offense stalled in the red zone.
