EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - It Takes a Village is asking for donations for a severely emaciated dog recently transferred to their Evansville location.

They say the dog, now named Dom after an emaciated Doberman ITV had back in 2023, weighs only 17 lbs at just around 2 years old.

Spencer County ITV says he was caught in Dale Wednesday and later transferred to the Evansville ITV due to being full capacity.

They say Dom has a foster family lined up, but needs a forever home.

ITV is also asking for donations to help with Dom’s recovery.
