A memorial called the American Veterans Traveling Tribute is set up in Wethersfield, honoring the lives of those who died in the September 11, 2001, attacks. It also honors thousands of veterans from different wars in history. The memorial is the length of a football field and will be up until Sunday.

There were 161 people from Connecticut who lost their lives 24 years ago.

"I want people to remember him and what a great person he was. He did a lot for the community,” said Judy Keane, of Wethersfield. She is the driving force behind the Keane Foundation.
