CEDAR LAKE — The Hanover School Board voted Tuesday to give a 3% pay bump to superintendent Mary Tracy-MacAulay.
According to the contract amendment on the district's website, Tracy-MacAulay's annual base salary is now $160,994, an increase of approximately $4,689.
She is currently entering the final year of a four-year contract. Tracy-MacAulay was given a base pay of $139,513 when the agreement was approved by the school board in 2022.
Last year, the board approved a $6,000 raise for the Hanover Community School Corp. leader, bumping her yearly pay to $156,305.
Tracy-MacAulay has served as the district's leader since 2018.
Hanover schools serves nearly 2,780 students across three elementary schools, a middle school and a high school.
