Donna Chisesi, the mother of Johanathan Victor, an unarmed motorist shot and killed in 2017 by a Baldwin County Sheriff's Office deputy, recounted the day her son died in emotional testimony she gave during the deputy’s federal civil trial on Tuesday.

When asked why she decided to take this issue to court, Chisesi replied, “My son was wrongly killed, and this is my only way to get justice for him”
