Match Eatery and Public House opened for business on Wednesday, the bar and restaurant at London’s Cascade Casino at Western Fair, but more than another spot for wings and beer in London, it marks a critical period in the casino’s $50-million renovation and reopening.

“This is great. There was a phenomenal turnout today. People were coming up to me this morning and asking ‘Is it open yet?’ ” Romanin said of regular casino traffic waiting for the opening.
