The deranged career criminal busted in the slaying of an elderly Queens couple ludicrously ranted that the two victims were “child molesters” as he was slapped with 16 murder charges Thursday.

Motormouth Jamel McGriff, 42, spewed vile nonsense as he was led in handcuffs out of an NYPD stationhouse by detectives on his way to court – a day after he took in a r eligious children’s film in a Manhattan movie theater using his victims’ credit cards ultimately leading to his arrest.

“Both of them were child molesters, they were molesting little kids,” an angry McGriff, who is a sex offender, wildly and baselessly claimed as reporters asked him about the crime as grieving community members confronted the captured sicko at the 107th Precinct in Queens. 4
