LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Tributes are continuing to pour in after the killing of political influencer Charlie Kirk.
He was killed at an event Wednesday at an event at Utah Valley University.
Friend, businessman, and U.S. Senate candidate Nate Morris said it is an American tragedy. He said Kirk inspired him to begin his journey into politics, even joining him at his first campaign event in Shepherdsville.
"I believe that was his last political event that he did. And it meant so much to me that he believed in us. He believed in the campaign, and he believed in our vision for the country. And, I think, you know, he's going to be immortalized now. But he's one for the ages. There won't be another one like him," Morris explained.
