A Nogales man was sentenced to nearly three years in prison for an assault on a federal officer, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Tucson.

Erik Alberto Beal, 28, was sentenced at US. District Court in Tucson to 32 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. ×
