OKEMOS, Mich. (WLNS) – Okemos boys soccer is off to a 7-1-1 record through the first half of the season, while taking on some of the best programs in the state of Michigan.

With huge wins against Grand Rapids Forest Hills Central and Saginaw Heritage, Okemos head coach Rob Antcliff says there are many things he feels has led to the Wolves winning ways so far this season. One of those reasons being the heavy rotation of players they play in each match.

"It's really interesting for me because I've never had a team that you could play this many players," said coach Antcliff. "We're actually playing 21 each game and it really helps us in some cases overwhelm the opponent."
