Savannah Chrisley is mourning the tragic death of Charlie Kirk .

The 28-year-old reality star shared an emotional video after the 31-year-old Turning Point USA founder was shot to death at an event in Utah this week, and revealed she was intended to join him on the college campus tour in October.

“Today’s been a tough day,” she said in the video posted the day of his death (September 10). “The past two and a half years of my life have been some of the hardest years I’ve ever had to endure, but in those two and a half years, I’ve met so many people great people and lifelong friends, and one of those people that brought me into their world was Charlie Kirk .”

“I was supposed to be sitting next to Charlie every weekend in October,” she added. “This is tough. Pray for Charlie
