An active day on the Prairies saw thousands of lightning strikes dot the region Thursday amid persistent thunderstorms.
We’ll see the activity continue into the day Friday with a renewed opportunity for severe weather across many of the same areas. This time, the threat will include the Alberta foothills, as well.
