Coalmont is buzzing. For the first time since 1990, Grundy County is 4-0. On Thursday night, the Yellowjackets defeated Whitwell 36-6.

Grundy County will continue their three-game homestand next week against a winless Pickett County squad.

Over in Alabama, North Jackson crushes St. John Paul II, 61-21. North Sand Mountain tops Coalmont, 34-6.
