BEREA, Ohio -- A Berea man, 33, was arrested at about 2 p.m. Aug. 22 after he stole another man’s vinyl records, then attacked the man outside Mill Stream Run Apartments, 674 Prospect St.

Both men live at Mill Stream Run.

The victim, 29, said he had ordered three vinyl records and was expecting them to be delivered that day. However, the records weren’t there.

The victim walked around the multi-building apartment complex, suspecting that the records might have been delivered to the wrong building.

He noticed a man sitting in a lawn chair near the swimming pool.

The man was holding three vinyl records. A box containing the victim’s name was on the ground next to him.
