CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Cville Litter Pickers is stepping up to support unhoused people while preventing the spread of trash around the city.

On Sept. 20, they're working to get at least two dozen volunteers to help clean up an abandoned encampment by the Rivanna River.
