SAGINAW, MI — Rae’Quin R. Scott broke down sobbing on hearing a jury declare him not guilty of aiming a gun at police when they served a no-knock search warrant on a suspected drug house.
Four years after the raid that saw Scott suffer three gunshot wounds, causing him to lose a leg and be paralyzed below his waist, he and his family “are very grateful and thankful this ordeal is over,” according to defense attorney Michael P. Manley.
