OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - A woman is back in the Marion County Jail as charges move forward relating to a deadly DUI crash.

Sheriff’s deputies say Janice Schwarz, 34, hit a 37-year-old man riding a bicycle on State Road 25 near Southeast 80th Court on June 7.

She was released on bond the next day. On Thursday night, Schwarz was taken back into custody for vehicular homicide.

Schwarz is being held without bond. Her next court date is scheduled for Sept. 24.
