MANCHESTER, N.H. —

The Massachusetts man accused of killing and dismembering his wife has been wounded after being stabbed in jail.

A lawyer for Brian Walshe said he was attacked Thursday night.

The 48-year-old is charged with murder in his wife's disappearance. Ana Walshe's body has not been found, but prosecutors said the evidence against her husband includes computer searches and blood in the family's home.

That attorney said Walshe was taken to a hospital after the attack, but he has been discharged.
