EUGENE, Ore. – Motorists should avoid the area of Garfield Street and West 7 th Avenue due to an investigation into a motor vehicle crash at the intersection, according to the Eugene Police Department.

Fire and EMS dispatch logs show a vehicle versus pedestrian crash occurred at the intersection just after 9 a.m. on Friday morning.

EPD officials said traffic resumed as normal at 12:52 p.m.
