CHICOPEE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - A large sinkhole closed down a couple streets in Chicopee on Friday.

Police warning drivers Friday to avoid Whitin Avenue and Amherst Street, which were both closed as a result.

Anyone looking to access the boat ramp can do so via Wilson Avenue to Old Field.
