The newly renovated Preston Memorial Auditorium will be open to community Saturday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The official reopening of the facility will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, self-guided tours, activities such as face-painting, inflatables, games for the kids, a Cambridge Rivulettes Home Opener game and food trucks.

“This modernized space is set to become a hub of activity in the city and reflects our commitment to preserving our heritage and enhancing spaces for future generations to enjoy,” said Mayor Jan Liggett in a statement.
