(WHTM) -- Fashion weeks from Milan, to Paris, to New York, take part this month and that includes one in Harlem, where a local designer is making her way there.

"I like to have my style be just inspired by colors and textures and tones, all kinds of things," jewelry creator Denise Chase Danzey said. "Music even."

A blending that creates a beaded fashion. Susquehanna Township's Danzey went from designing clothing to crafting jewelry.

"And it designed starting off jewelry started waking me up in the middle of the night beads and things of that nature," Danzey said. "And I never made any jewelry at all in my life."
