LANGSTON – At the end of a two-hour Friday meeting of the OSU/A&M Board of Regents, there still was no clarity on the contract status of Oklahoma State athletic director Chad Weiberg.

The 53-year-old Weiberg’s original four-year contract expired on June 30. For 2½ months since, he has worked without a contract.

The Weiberg situation was not discussed during the meeting. When the meeting concluded, OSU President Jim Hess immediately departed because of afternoon obligations in Stillwater. Kyle Wray answered the questions that would have been presented to Hess.
