COLUMBUS, Ohio — If you've gotten outside at the end of the day lately to try and get something done, you are keenly aware of how quickly things are getting dark around central Ohio. In fact, the months ahead have picked up a rather ominous name by some online, calling this coming period "The Big Dark" .

Spooky.

Don't get too scared though. While we are going to really lose a lot of daylight here in Ohio these next few months, we aren't going to see the "Big Dark" referenced above.
