YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Hazardous materials crews are on the scene at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown after diesel fuel leaking from a generator found its way into a manhole cover.
First News on scene found crews still working on the cleanup around 8:15 p.m. According to Youngstown's Public Works Director, workers at Youngstown's Waste Water Treatment plant discovered fuel coming in earlier Friday.
The crews traced it to a St. Elizabeth parking lot at the corner of North and Park avenues and discovered the leak in the generator.
The Environmental Protection Agency was notified and has been on scene.
Shasho said the leak created no health concerns.
