YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- If you drive through Youngstown's east side, you'll see a shipping container that's now a hot dog shop. Not far away, there's now a shipping container with a coffee shop, and they're owned by the same man.

At the east end of the Center Street bridge, near the corner of Wilson Avenue, Bill West has opened the shipping container coffee shop, The Blue Box Coffee Company.

"I like to use repurposed shipping containers," West said.

Two years ago, a mile away on McCartney Road, West used shipping containers to open the Heck Ya hot dog shop. The experience prepared him for the coffee shop.

"Absolutely. Yeah, it really helped me open this," West said. "We have the espresso machine. We have a specialty grinder."
