SAN ANTONIO — Bill Miller Bar-B-Q has announced the closure of its flagship location in the heart of San Antonio.

After more than 50 years of serving San Antonians in their downtown restaurant located on the 430 block of South Santa Rosa Avenue, the BBQ joint posted a sign on their front door saying their last day of business will be Friday, Sept. 12, 2025.

After more than 50 years serving people in the heart of the Alamo City, the iconic BBQ joint is closing its doors.

The company thanked the community for all the support over the years.

They also say that their other downtown location at I-37 and East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard will remain open.
