With almost four months to go until their much-anticipated cookies will be on sale on a folding table outside a store near you, Girl Scouts revealed its newest flavor this week: Exploremores .

Exploremores are a rocky road ice cream-inspired sandwich cookie filled with a cream flavored with chocolate, marshmallow and almond, according to the Girl Scouts website .

“From curious kindergarteners to more adventurous middle schoolers, Girl Scouts know the road to discovery starts with exploration,” the site’s new-cookie announcement reads.

Girl Scout season starts in January and usually extends through April, with the website counting the days until sales start. Exploremores will be offered nationally, online and in person at local booths, according to PR Newswire .
