CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk has sparked a firestorm of emotions, along with plenty of social media posts -- costing some people their jobs.

“Just because you have a computer or a phone handy doesn’t mean you can say whatever you want,” said Cleveland Attorney Danny Karon. “You’ve got a First Amendment right to say a lot of stuff, but it’s not limitless and there are certain restrictions on the First Amendment like obscenity, defamation, and fighting words.”

Munroe Falls City Council Vice-President John Impellizzeri also posted on social media criticizing Charlie Kirk. His quote says in part, “The world is a better place now that he’s gone.”
