CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - No child should have to live without their parent. Sadly, that’s the case for 10-year-old Tremaine Johnson Jr.

“We all want justice for him. Now my grandsons are fatherless” said Charlisa Johnson

Tremaine Johnson Sr. would have celebrated his 38th birthday later this month. His loved ones say he was a father of 2 and owned a landscaping business.

Sadly, he was found shot dead on July 18 outside of this apartment complex on Central Ave. His death has since been ruled a homicide, but hut his family say that’s all they know.

“All we know is that he is dead. We don’t know any details about his murder. We have not seen the autopsy.” said Chardae Johnson, Tremaine Sr.’s sister.
